Born Feb 12 1921. Entered USMC June 1942. Participated in assault operations in the Marshall Islands, Saipan and Tinian Islands as a radio chief in an artillery battalion. Attended Montana State College in Electrical Engr. from 1945 to 1948.

Entered CAA as an aircraft communicator in April of 1948 at Garden City Kansas. Transferred to Denver in November of that year. Transferred to a position as a Maintenance Technician in Denver in July of 1951. Transferred to Bozeman Mt. in 1958 to a position as chief of Airways Facilities Office in May of 1958. Retired in August of 1978.

Employed at Montana State University as an Electronics Tech. from Jan 1980 in the Computer Science and Electrical Engr. Dept. to July 1988.

Have lived in Bozeman since. My wife died in 1995. I have two daughters who live in Sheridan Wyo. and a son who lives here in Bozeman. I went on two Polka cruises last year. One to Alaska and one from Los Angeles to Mexico.
